Questions? We've Got Answers.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page—it includes detailed measurements to help you find the perfect fit. If you're between sizes or prefer an oversized Y2K look, we suggest sizing up. Still unsure? Our support team is happy to help!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days (US) and 6–13 business days (international). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can track it every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
How should I care for my Y2K clothes?
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and hanging to dry. For items with rhinestones, lace, or delicate graphic prints, turn them inside out before washing.
